Commission Process

Each commission is a collaborative, made-to-order piece—hand-painted with care and intention. From concept to final brushstroke, the process is simple, personal, and rooted in craftsmanship.


1. Inquiry

Start by reaching out through the commission form or contact page. Share what you have in mind—subject matter, size, color palette, and any reference photos you’d like incorporated.


2. Consultation

Once your inquiry is received, we’ll discuss details, timeline, and pricing. This ensures the vision is clear before work begins. Every commission is quoted individually based on size, complexity, and materials.


3. Deposit & Scheduling

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the commission calendar. Once the deposit is received, your piece is officially scheduled.


4. Creation

Your artwork is hand-painted from start to finish. Throughout the process, I may share progress updates, allowing for light refinements while staying true to my artistic style.


5. Completion & Approval

When the piece is complete, final images will be shared for approval. Once the remaining balance is paid, the artwork is carefully prepared for delivery/pickup.


6. Delivery

Finished commissions are shipped securely or arranged for local pickup when available. Each piece is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely.

  • All commissions are original, one-of-a-kind works

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Turnaround times vary depending on size and current commission load

  • Artistic style remains consistent across all commissioned pieces, unless a different style is requested by the client
